GAG2 crops carry only one mutation at a time — they do not stack the way the original game's did — so the single roll you land is the whole story, and this list ranks purely by multiplier. The event mutations lead, from Eclipsed at ×80 down through Glow, Bloodlit and Ignited, because they represent the biggest one-off paydays in the game. Rainbow at ×30 is the strongest evergreen roll you can farm any time, and Gold at ×10 is the reliable everyday floor that keeps your income steady between events.
The multiplier is only half the maths, though — it multiplies your crop's weight-scaled value, so a big mutation on a light or single-harvest crop wastes most of its potential. To cash in an event roll, have your highest-base, multi-harvest crop grown to high weight and defended before the weather turns. For the evergreen rolls, let a Unicorn fish Rainbow and a Golden Dragonfly fish Gold across a plot of cheap crops so the odds compound while you play.
