Glow
Overview
A luminous high-tier mutation associated with Star Fruit and the Eclipse era. A glowing high-weight crop is a genuine prestige flex.
Glow is a Event mutation worth a ×70 multiplier on a crop's weight-scaled value. In GAG2 a crop only ever holds one mutation, so Glow either is or is not on the card — it never combines with another multiplier.
How to get it
Source: Star Fruit ambient / Eclipse era, which triggers during the Eclipse weather event. Chance: Rare.
- Stay online during Eclipse and harvest while it is active — the mutation rolls at harvest.
- Have your highest-base, heaviest crop ready to harvest the moment the weather hits.
- Event weather is rarer than daily weather, so protect the result before a thief takes it.
What it's worth
Example on a 5 kg Moon Bloom: a normal crop sells for about 225K, while a Glow one sells for roughly 15.75M — a 70× jump. Put your own crop and weight into the calculator to see exact numbers.
Glow in depth
Glow reaches ×70, the second-highest documented multiplier and firmly in prestige territory. It is associated with Star Fruit and the Eclipse era, appearing only rarely, which is why a glowing high-weight crop reads as a genuine flex rather than an everyday earner. In pure value it trails only Eclipsed, so if you land one on a heavy premium crop you are looking at one of the biggest single sales available in the game.
Glow pairs naturally with Star Fruit, its signature carrier, but the underlying maths still favours any high-base multi-harvest crop grown to serious weight, since the ×70 compounds hardest where the base value and kilograms are already large. Keep single-harvest crops out of the picture, because dampening guts the bonus. Given how rare and valuable a Glow crop is, treat it as an asset to defend and time carefully rather than sell on reflex; get it behind a defender before night falls, and check the calculator to see exactly what your glowing crop is worth.
