Starstruck
Overview
Rolled during Starfall, one of the rarest weather events. A high multiplier that turns an ordinary harvest into a big payday.
Starstruck is a Weather mutation worth a ×50 multiplier on a crop's weight-scaled value. In GAG2 a crop only ever holds one mutation, so Starstruck either is or is not on the card — it never combines with another multiplier.
How to get it
Source: Starfall weather, which triggers during the Starfall weather event. Chance: Rare weather roll.
- Stay online during Starfall and harvest while it is active — the mutation rolls at harvest.
- Have your highest-base, heaviest crop ready to harvest the moment the weather hits.
- Event weather is rarer than daily weather, so protect the result before a thief takes it.
What it's worth
Example on a 5 kg Moon Bloom: a normal crop sells for about 225K, while a Starstruck one sells for roughly 11.25M — a 50× jump. Put your own crop and weight into the calculator to see exact numbers.
Starstruck in depth
Starstruck reaches ×50, tying with Veil and sitting among the upper tier of multipliers. It rolls only during Starfall, described as one of the rarest weather events in the game, so seeing it at all is uncommon, which is precisely what gives it its value. Where Aurora is a reachable night-time goal, Starstruck is closer to a windfall: a single lucky Starfall harvest can outweigh a whole session of Gold and Frozen rolls combined.
Because the window is so rare, do not waste it. The moment Starfall appears, harvest your very best crop, the highest base value at the heaviest weight you have grown, so the ×50 lands where it counts. Multi-harvest premium blooms like Moon Bloom or Sun Bloom are ideal, since the multiplier keeps paying on later harvests too; a single-harvest crop squanders most of the bonus to dampening. Guard the result carefully, since a Starstruck crop is a prime theft target at night, and run the numbers in the calculator before deciding whether to sell or hold.
