Eclipsed is a Event mutation worth a ×80 multiplier on a crop's weight-scaled value. In GAG2 a crop only ever holds one mutation, so Eclipsed either is or is not on the card — it never combines with another multiplier.

How to get it

Source: Eclipse weather event, which triggers during the Eclipse weather event. Chance: Rarest.

• Stay online during Eclipse and harvest while it is active — the mutation rolls at harvest.
• Have your highest-base, heaviest crop ready to harvest the moment the weather hits.
• Event weather is rarer than daily weather, so protect the result before a thief takes it.

What it's worth

Eclipsed is the ceiling: at ×80 it is the highest-value mutation currently documented, introduced in the Eclipse Update and rolled only during the rare Eclipse weather. Everything else in the game measures itself against this number. Because the weather is described as the rarest of the event windows, most players will see very few Eclipsed crops ever, which is exactly why one on a top-end crop is the single biggest payday GAG2 offers.

There is no room for waste with a roll this scarce. Reserve your absolute best crop for the Eclipse, a capped Moon Bloom, Sun Bloom or a Secret-tier Eclipse Bloom grown to maximum weight under your strongest sprinkler, so the ×80 lands on the largest base and weight you can muster; a single-harvest crop would surrender most of it to dampening. Defend the result as if it were the most valuable thing in your garden, because it very likely is. Punch the crop and weight into the calculator, then get the sale banked before a thief does.
